Is the price you send final?
No, it’s an estimated price based on what you tell us. We confirm the final price once we’ve received and tested your phone. If we find something that wasn’t mentioned, we explain and offer a revised price, and you’re free to say no and have your phone back.
Do I have to accept the estimate?
No. It’s free and there’s no obligation.
How do I get paid?
In store you’re paid on the spot. If you post it, we pay by bank transfer once it’s checked.
Do you buy cracked or faulty phones?
Yes. Choose “Faulty or cracked” and add a photo if you can.
What do I need to bring?
The phone with Find My iPhone / Google account turned off, and photo ID.
