These terms apply when you buy from ithub.ie or from our shop. The seller is Sligo Fones & Tech Limited, trading as IT HUB (company number 807014, VAT number IE4598198DH), Unit 1, The Canopy Shopping Centre, O’Connell Street, Sligo, F91 XPN2.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euro and include VAT. Second-hand phones are sold under the VAT margin scheme. You can pay online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna (through Stripe), or pay when you collect. An online order is confirmed when payment is received; unpaid orders are cancelled after a short time and the item goes back on sale.

Refurbished devices

Refurbished devices are fully tested and unlocked. The condition grade on the product page describes how the device looks. Small signs of use are normal for the grade you choose and are not a fault.

Warranty and returns

Repairs

We agree the price with you before we start. If we can’t repair a device, we tell you before charging anything. Please back up your device before a repair; we aren’t responsible for data loss.

Selling us your device

The price we send online is an estimate. The final price is confirmed after we receive and test the device. You must own the device, it must not be reported lost or stolen, and Find My iPhone or Google’s Find My Device must be turned off. We ask for photo ID.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, can be used in parts at IT HUB, and can’t be exchanged for cash.
