Warranty & Returns

Everything you buy from IT HUB is covered by our own warranty below, on top of your rights under Irish consumer law (the Consumer Rights Act 2022). Our warranty never takes those rights away.

How long you’re covered

• Refurbished phones, tablets, laptops and watches: 12 months from the day you buy or collect it.
• Brand-new devices: 24 months.
• Accessories: 12 months.
• Repairs: 3 months on the work and the part we fitted.

The warranty for each item is shown on the product page, your receipt and your order email.

What the warranty covers

Faults that happen in normal use: the device stops working properly, a part fails, or the battery fails well before it should. We repair it, replace it with the same or an equal model, or refund you if neither is possible.

What it doesn’t cover

• Accidental damage, such as drops, cracked screens or bent frames.
• Liquid damage.
• Repairs or opening done by anyone other than IT HUB.
• Software problems caused by unofficial software or jailbreaking.
• Normal wear, such as small scratches or the battery slowly losing capacity over time.

Returns: 15 days

Changed your mind? You can return an item within 15 days of delivery or collection for a full refund. It must be in the same condition you got it, with everything that came in the box. Brand-new and Premium-grade items and accessories must be unopened.

For online orders, EU law also gives you 14 days to cancel. Our 15-day return period includes this. If you return an online order by post, you pay the postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds go back to the way you paid (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna) within 14 days of us getting the item back.

How to make a claim or return

Bring the item and your receipt or order number to the shop, or contact us first:

Back up your phone and turn off Find My iPhone or Google’s Find My Device before you hand it over.
